Bring awareness to the centre of the head, where ajana chakra is located, and keep the body completely still.
Breathe in through the nose. Exhale slowly and in controlled manner while making a deep, steady humming sound likes that of the black bee.
The humming sound should be smooth even and continuous for the duration of the exaltation. It should be soft and mellow, making the front of the skull reverberate. This is one round; we can practice up to five rounds.
When we practice the Barmari pranayam , we should maintain the awareness on the ajna chakra and humming sound within forehead. We should practice this paranaya when the sound (pollution) in environment is less.

Yoga at office!!! Sounds amazing. How a person can do yoga at office? Yoga had helped a lot of working people who do not have time at their home or stay long in the office. I met my friend in Jan 2009 who was working in a reputed company. His life was stressed and his body was not supporting him. It requires a long rest as He was working more than fourteen hours a day. When I met, he told me about the back and neck pain which was trouble him from long time. He already had appointments with the doctors but the advise had frightened him. He was not in a condition to leave the job. Hs not able to concentrate for his work. He can not leave the job as he require money. He was started telling that how stressful is his life now. He was the bodybuilder in his college time. From last three months he was not getting sufficient time to go to gym or do yoga at home. I have suggested him some common yoga exercises which he can do even at office and can experience the same level of benefit as if he do this at his home. After a month I got a call from him that he is feeling better at work. I was very happy with his confidence. He told that his colleague Kate wants to meet for her shoulder problem. I have no reason to reject this as he was my old friend.
